Juan has been coaching people for more than a decade on topics like personal development, and personal leadership.
In that time he’s written a book, “The Mind Canvas: A Revolutionary Approach to Personal Mastery,” created numerous online courses and earlier this year, given a ted talk that has already accumulated more than 10,000 views.
Juan is trained and certified in Training Design & Delivery, DISC, Personal Coaching, Team Coaching, NLP and Yoga, among others.
He’s also created tools like “The Mind Canvas” to help people understand the complex phenomena, known as the mind.
"What would give them meaning is if they would pursue and align their choices or actions with the things that are really important for the real them, not the persona, not the mask, not the personality, not the actor, the real them"
"The values that are driving you today or that you choose to be driven by challenge them, bring them to the surface and challenge them. Are those really mine? And why are they so important?"
"If you want to be better, if you want to improve in some things, that's one thing. If you want to be the best version of yourself is the belief that you're not good enough and you will never be. You will be chasing rainbows, always working, exhausting yourself, burning yourself out, and you'll never get there."

"Your ego wants you to do exactly the same thing you've been doing. Your mind is economical. It wants you to not waste energy and change."
"The problem is that most people are going somewhere, but they don't know where they're going."
"Meaning is when you can connect what you do, Those, those actions, those life choices that you were talking about with what's important for you with where you're going"
"The work is actually to realize what are the values that are driving my decisions and behaviours that are not at the end of the day, not giving me the benefit that I would expect or are creating more suffering and frustration."
"Love yourself and then see what is really important that I could change and why, and be aware of that. Be conscious of that. Otherwise is your fears from the past, your self limiting beliefs, making the decision for you."
