Katy is a coach who empowers people to explore and understand their ideal balance between their work life and personal life, and take meaningful steps to get there. Her last two decades have focused on helping individuals thrive, leading her to work with a fast array of experience levels and people, across hundreds of clients. She’s a Co-Active Certified Coach and Facilitator, and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of California.
